Rebecca Thomas
Investment Director & Head of Responsible Investment
Rebecca is the Head of Responsible Investment, where she leads the integration of ESG considerations across Federation’s investment strategies.
Before joining Federation, she led Social Ventures Australia’s Impact Investing team — one of Australia’s first institutional managers dedicated to social impact investing. She brings extensive experience in debt capital markets, debt advisory, and investment management, gained through her previous roles at Barclays Capital, Lloyds Banking Group, and GE Capital across Europe and Australia.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry and Management Studies from University College London and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
