Nick has over twenty years of experience in the property development & construction industry, holding senior roles at Sunland Group and ACP Limited (a Morgan Stanley Real Estate managed company). Nick has partnered with varying clients in multiple asset classes successfully delivering: over 30 childcare developments across the eastern seaboard including sites for Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT and ARENA REIT; worked alongside MSRE to successfully refurbish three office towers in Auckland; and acted as the Development Director (Cienna BtR, and Morgan Stanley) for the $250 million 446-apartment multifamily development at Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.
