Jason Walter is a founding Partner of Federation. He has enjoyed national roles in leasing, development, and capital transactions at various institutions including Lendlease, Stockland, and Mirvac over a span of fifteen years. Prior to starting Federation, Jason spent five years working on his own private developments and investments, including education-related developments, commercial/retail investments, and a significant waste recycling and disposal asset.
Jason has experience across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors across Australia in capital transactions and development, and an extensive contact database across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Banking and Finance and Accounting.
