Desiree D’Cruz is a Finance Manager at Federation Asset Management, focusing on the Synegis Fund. She has over 15 years of experience in the investments industry and financial services, with expertise in fund finance, operations, and investor and financial reporting.
Before joining Federation, Desiree spent nearly a decade at Nephila Capital, a global leader in insurance-linked securities specialising in climate and catastrophe risk transfer. As a Director of the Climate Funds, she was responsible for all aspects of fund operations, valuations, and investor relations.
Earlier in her career, Desiree worked with EY in Melbourne and KPMG in Bermuda, where she gained extensive experience in audit and financial reporting for global financial institutions.
Desiree is a qualified accountant and holds a Master of Practising Accounting and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
